Circa 1985 I can remember being in Pic and Save with my Mother and hearing a clear, sweet, soothing, distinctive voice playing throughout the store. It was the man that I told my mother that I would marry. That voice belonged to Michael Jackson.
Over the years, my relationship with Mike has been an emotional roller coaster, until I finally understood him. The world was not ready for Michael.
Because he was kind, caring, generous, loving, and spoke out against injustice he was ridiculed, scoffed at, and falsly accused.
I hope Michael understood in his last days that he was so much more than the person he percieved himself to be. He faced many inner struggles that I can relate to.
Mr. Jackson was a genius, and not just musically. He was larger than life. He was to music what hydrogen is to water, in my opinion he was what oxygen is to life.
Your legacy of LOVE, HOPE, UNDERSTANDING, and WORLD PEACE LIVES ON!
My Final Theory: R.I.P. Mr. Michael Jackson, the world is a better place because of you.
