Get off your @$$... GET MOTIVATED 2009

Last month I had the pleasure of attending the "Get Motivated" Seminar thanks to my pal Erin. I happened to catch their stop in Hartford, CT. Now, I have many opinions about this event, but for the cause of keeping it positive in this post ... I'm just going to share with you the things I did actually learn. For the sake of time, I'm just going to give you a few quotes that inspired me.
