As we all know, Oprah made it perfectly clear that she does not condone rap nor would she ever have a rapper on her show as a guest or performer.Until now. According to MediaTakeOut.com, their sources have stated that Jay-Z will appear on Oprah this fall. The reason for Ms. Winfrey's change of heart? Well, its rumored that in order for her to snag her exclusive with Beyonce last spring she had to agree to let Jigga on the show.
Oprah and Jay-Z shot in NYC, visiting his old projects and discussing his rise to fame. The two also discussed Jay-Z's current efforts to assist those in poverty. The episode will air just in time for the release of Blue Print 3 on September 11th, 2009.
My Final Theory: Oprah is a very smart business woman. I can't wait to see this interview, it should be VERY interesting!
