That's My Theory: My Theory on the Mook N Fair Signing Party

Sunday night I had the pleasure of attending Mook N Fair's Signing and Congratulatory Party.

Where should I begin? Probably with my own congratulations to this duo. You two have worked hard and come a long way, and definatly made a fan out of me.

So, back to the party. After waiting for an HOUR in line- in my 6 inch heels, the doors opened. I was inclined to have a negative attitude because it was hot as hell and my feet were killing me. But DJ Joey franchise, DJ Bigmann, DJ Hawk, and DJ KG, erased my salty attidude and kept spinning hits all night long. Even the strippers, or wanna be strippers, got some love.

I must admit, when I heard that this event was going to be in Waterbury, CT, I was a little worried about the outcome. We all know about the Plague that looms over this city. Much to my surprise, there was not one negative incident. Sin City was packed and I ran into several other CT artist including: Lady Law, Benjamin, NoedAll, Hector Troy, and Jus Mula just to name a few.

Before last night, I was only a Mook N Fair supporter. This morning I am a FAN. Mook N Fair rocked the stage with Hector Troy, Benjamin, and Lomon Andrews. I was surprised to see a live band- Cipha Sounds, but it was an unexpected treat, and the band totally complimented the performances. These boys definatly rocked the stage. I was very impressed.

Following their performance, I had the opprotunity to sit down with the pair. We discussed their deal, their future, and dealt a little with their past. Stay tuned for the interview. For now, enjoy these pictures.
